What is an Atlanta Buyer’s Agent?

First of all a buyers agent is an advocate solely for their buyer client.  Under GA law, an agent cannot offer advice to someone that is not under signed agency agreement.

Buyers agent on the other hand provide specialized real estate services to prospective Atlanta home buyers to help them make an informed buying decision. The Atlanta home buyer becomes their client, and once an agreement is in writing, the agency relationship begins.

State law prohibits Broker from representing Buyer (or Seller) as a client without first entering into a written agreement with Buyer (or Seller) under O.C.G.A. §10-6A-1 et.seq.
